Psychotherapy Services for Individuals and Groups

Have you been struggling with issues such as  depression, anxiety, grief or relationship difficulties? Are you experiencing stress related to racial dynamics in your community or workplace? Have you found it difficult to move beyond a traumatic experience?  Then therapy is likely the right choice for you.  You have the option of receiving your services in a warm and inviting office or from the comfort of your home via a secure video service.

Culturally Responsive Training and Consultation

Many therapists, counselors and social workers provide clinical services to culturally and socially diverse communities. These communities often experience significantly impoverished outcomes and reduced access to mental health services, due to well documented mental healthcare disparities. Amarie Counseling Services provides clinical consultation and training to clinicians interested in increasing their capacity for providing effective culturally responsive clinical services.

Culturally Responsive Clinical Supervision

New therapists and counselors often require support and structure in order to provide their clients with excellent services. In particular, it may be challenging to navigate the complexities involved in working with diverse communities and clients. Amarie Counseling Services works with clinicians who are seeking culturally responsive supervision to achieve hours needed for a clinical license.  We work with Associate MFTs, Associate PCCs and Associate Social Workers.
